Return and Refund Policy

Overview

At Just A Boho Chic, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, our refund and return policy is here to help you navigate the process easily.

Eligibility

You can return physical products within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. 

Returns

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Request a return authorization at bohochic72@justabohochic.com

2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.

4.  Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few business days. Please note your financial institutions policy may add additional days to the process.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Exceptions

Please note that items marked as final sale or clearance cannot be returned or refunded.

Processing Time

Refunds can take 5-10 business days to process after we receive your returned item. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the transaction.
